All stock items are charged a 20% re-stocking fee.
NON-STOCK AND ELECTRICAL ITEMS ARE NOT RETURNABLE.
ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE.
If you need to return an item you have received, call the sales department within 15 days for a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase. DO NOT RETURN ANY ITEMS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER. THE RMA NUMBER MUST BE CLEARLY MARKED ON OUTSIDE OF BOX WHEN RETURNING AN ITEM. ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE APPROVED BY A COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE BEFORE AN RMA NUMBER IS ISSUED. NO REFUNDS AND/OR EXCHANGES WILL BE APPROVED AND ISSUED ON RETURNS WITHOUT AN RMA NUMBER.
Any items returned must be in new condition determined by our returns department. Items that have been disassembled, drilled, welded, cut, painted , or modified in any way cannot be returned. Any incomplete kit returned will not be given a credit.
Customer is responsible for packaging and postage of returned merchandise.
Return in original box or container. If not available, please use a strong corrugated carton and wrap well.
Damages or shortages should be reported within 7 days. If parts arrive damage, contact us immediately. We will not accept responsibility for damaged merchandise without seeing the carton it was shipped in.
